Sapphire Business Park

With the potential of 500 plus people working on Sapphire Park, full consideration of the needs of our occupiers has been taken into account of the facilities for Sapphire Park, from the working environment to visitors,and for first impressions when they arrive.

The landscaped setting affords employees the opportunity to enjoy their surroundings. Set on a self contained eight acre site, which includes a two acre secure woods. Ample on site car parking is provided with a minimum of 250 car parking spaces. Motor cycle and bicycle areas/racks are also provided for.

On site, the Reception/Management Office works to ensure that Sapphire Park is a vibrant and active place to work. There is a Dry Cleaning collection service; we are actively seeking to offer an onsite mobile blood transfusion donor unit. (There are currently 3 donor places within one mile). Greens Health and Fitness, Oasis sports and Leisure and Bannatyne Health Club are within 2 miles of Sapphire Park.

The decision for the majority of our tenants to move to Sapphire Park was that it offers something that the city centre cannot provide.

Amenities

Sapphire Park offers a wide range of amenities to provide an unrivalled working environment for both occupiers and visitors. For events or meetings outside of the office, conference rooms are available for hire. THE GAS CLUB, is a fully licensed premises and can provide an excellent venue for business meetings, TRULY SCRUMPTIOUS offers freshly prepared food snacks, sandwiches, meals and buffets for your business meetings.

Within the local area there is Sprowston Retail Park, with Sainsbury Homebase, Dunelm, Carpetright, DFS, and Mattresman plus many more. The River Wensum, Pulls Ferry, Cow Tower and the Norwich Cathedral are less than 1 mile, as are 2 public libraries. Within 2 miles there are 4 petrol stations a Tesco superstore and Sainsbury supermarket on the Pound Lane development.

Sapphire Park Management

Sapphire Park offers a full and varied Estate Management service. Conveniently located on site, the management office is central to the development of services and the day to day success of Sapphire Park, whether communicating with occupiers, broadcasting events and offers around the Park or holding regular planning meetings.

Security

A safe and secure environment is paramount to us all at Sapphire Park. To compliment the secure fenced site there are perimeter CCTV which records 24/7 and is stored for 1 month. Access is maintained at all times via an automated secure gate. These security measures are assisted by local police patrols. If you have any security concerns, please contact Sapphire Park Manager.
