The Site was first purchased in 2001 by our Managing Director (Andrew Rackham) to relocate Sapphire Controls Ltd, the Electrical Distribution Company he founded, to a larger factory. Although our Managing Director has since sold Sapphire Controls ltd, it is still a valued Tenant and continues to operate from the factory at No 1 Sapphire Business Park.

The site has been managed and owned by Sapphire Property Services Ltd for nearly twenty years. The landscaped setting affords employees the opportunity to enjoy their surroundings. Set on a self-contained eight acre site, which includes a two acre secure woods, ample on site car parking is provided with a minimum of 250 car parking spaces. Motor cycle and bicycle areas/racks are also provided for.

The office Block, Sapphire House, and other industrial units have been developed and adapted for Tenants. In addition, we have lockable, secure site containers which can be rented by the month.

With the potential of 500 plus people working on Sapphire Park, full consideration of the needs of our occupiers has been taken into account of the facilities for Sapphire Park, from the working environment, to visitors and for first impressions when they arrive.

The decision for the majority of our tenants to move to Sapphire Park was that it offers something that the city centre cannot provide. The open site with ample parking, easy access to Norwich and within a short distance of the connecting roads to the Midlands.

For events or meetings outside of the office, conference rooms are available for hire. Within the local area there is Sprowston Retail Park, with Sainsbury Homebase, Dunelm, Carpetright and DFS plus many more.

The River Wensum, Pulls Ferry, Cow Tower and the Norwich Cathedral are less than 1 mile, as are 2 public libraries. Within 2 miles there are 4 petrol stations a Tesco superstore and Sainsbury supermarket on the Pound Lane development.
